Pay more for less!
Over the past several weeks I have been researching for a UPS system for my wifi setup at home.
Leroy Merlin had advertised the 105Wh Ellies mini cube on their website for R1398. Upon picking one up on 15/10/2021, I realised this was a 97.68Wh one. Upon querying it on 16/10/2021, the consultant had ZERO clue why that was the case.
The available manager Mirriam agreed that the device, stock ID and price was the same EXCEPT the power capacity difference i.e. a drop from the originally advertised 105Wh down to the 97.68Wh.
Feedback passed on from the head office was as follows: "The response from the HOD the 105Wh no longer exists the supplier is now supplying us with the 97.68 of same product same barcode same price. We tried to organize the 105Wh from our other stores but they also sold out"
Upon researching the 97.68Wh spec, I have come across nothing so it seems like a clear case of Leroy Merlin not taking accountability and responsibility for this issue but prefer me to just live it with!!!
I honestly would have expected this from a different store and assumed this organization is different.
Just like any other company.
Hope you are well.

Just the usual lip-service on this platform to display an attempt at resolving an issue but frankly nothing is done. The branch manager has been quite as well; explains the motto of the Little Falls branch i.e. ignore customer communication.
