Pathetic service!!!! Refund urgently

Below is my initial review made in October regarding my order that was supposed to be delivered in September. My order is still not delivered, since October I have been emailing and begging for my order to be delivered. The last week of October I was given a tracking number, upon checking it, it said my order was delivered and signed off by a Susan, I told them I don't know any Susan and have never received the order. I was informed it will be investigated with the courier. am still waiting for feedback!!! I am actually not interested in the goods anymore, just refund my money urgently. Before I go to one of your branches and cause a scene. This company is ***********, the staff is unprofessional. No proper follow us are made on queries, you have to be the one calling and emailing. The staff member who was tasked with my query is Musa Manganyi.. so ***********!! Pathetic!!! REFUND URGENTLY!! If I could give you a zero star, I would.

10 Oct 2022, 09:46 Order not received I placed an online order on 27.09.2022. The delivery was supposed to be on 30.09.2022 as per the confirmation. On 05.10.2022 I enquired about order on ***********. I got a response on 06.10.2022 , they wanted to find out which items were not received. I responded that none of my items were delivered. I haven't had a response since then. I need to know when will I receive my order. A response will be highly appreciated.
