Pathetic Service and **************

I normally use Leroy Merlin and get good service, but today I received horrible customer service. So it took more than 45 minutes for my collection to be ready so I bought the folding door on the 28 April for collection for the 28 April I received the sms that my delivery was ready so I come in to collect it, I waited and waited but while I’m still waiting in the car one of the customer park nxt to me and within 5 minutes his order was ready funny thing my husband was still waiting on the delivery site he saw the customer giving the staff and it when straight to collection window, and me I was sitting in car I witness that only 5 minutes the guy collected his items while for us we waited 45 minutes I felt very much disrespect and discriminated as the white guy his order took 5 minutes and he come after me. If Leroy Merlin gives service based on the skin colour they must put that on the window so that some of us we can avoid to shop there
