Pathetic service

Bought a two panel sliding door at this poor store and they decided to deliver an incomplete door. I quickly alert them of that because basically this door of theirs doesn't have locks so in essence my security is compromised. It appears they care little about that concern as they simple told me there's nothing they can do today so I must see it how I sort myself out of this risk. This is despite me making an effort calling them way early so that this can be sorted.

Will I even bother buying there? No chance! What do I think of them? Nonsensical store with a very poor service.

I'm annoyed and disappointed.
