Pathetic Service

This store is not serious! Appalling! I went into the store last Sunday. Not a soul in the bathroom department nor in the near vicinity. I did my best to help myself. A day or so later, I got an email to review the service and store experience. I was not complimentary as it was poor. Today I received a phone call from a Leroy Merlin service person to say "Sorry". Really! When I was trying to tell her of my poor experience, she put the phone down on me! I tried to call the store but in the vathroom department there was NO REPLY despite waiting over 5 kinutes on the phone! You people are a joke! I used to go all the way to Clearwater to shop as it was a great shopping experience but since opening in Fourways, what a grave disappointment. Builders Warehouse have jacked up their store and service since Leroy Merlin opened in Fourways. They leave you in the dark! Your staff don't have a clue!
