Pathetic service

I initiated a webchat regarding tiles which were on promotion and was was advised that the promotion will end on 12/08/2022. The agent advised me to visit the Fourways branch, as they had to stock available. On arrival I was informed that the promotion had already ended! Needless to say that I was furious, as I had driven from JHB Wes all the way to the North! ! Fuel is costly! This is totally unacceptable!

I expect for them to do right by me and deliver the tiles at the promotional price, to my premises.
