Pathetic Leroy Merlin - Centurion
The worst service I have experiance. Every one including the bransh manager at Centurion, Mpho. I placed an order on 29 August 2026 and the online system indicated 2 to 3 days delivery. I received half my order 6 days later, the balance is still outstanding. I phoned on the 7th and was informed that the warehouse will call me back the same day and confirm..........nothing. I called again on the 9th...........same story. I called again today, the 11th and spoke to the branch manager, he phoned me back and confirmed that I would have my delivery today, ghuess what..... 18h10 and NO delivery.
I should have expected that based on their previous failure to respond.
DO NOT BUY FROM LEROY MERLIN, they are a bunsh of liers and totally oblivious to customer services.
