Pathetic!

I purchased 2 x decor arch lazer black mirrors at R2 106 each online from Leroy Merlin on 2 separate occasions, 1 in February in another in May. I kept both sealed/packaged untill about 2 weeks after placing the last order as I had to arrange for a handyman to hang the 2 mirrors side by side for me. Imagining opening 2 mirrors to the value of more than R4 000 only to find that it's broken?! Do explain to me how both mirrors are broken. I do not doubt that either I was sent broken mirrors, or it was damaged by your *********** drivers/partners. I logged a return via your website for 1 of the 2 mirrors to be refunded, the other mirror not being an option to return only to find an email from refunds@leroymerlin that was "cancelled from my side"?! Your business is an absolute disgrace, to say the least. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
