Pathetic disgusting false advertising from Leroy merlin

This company had advertised an inverter generator With the incorrect pricing, which I bought online and paid for, just for the order to be canceled and told that I cannot receive my item as it was an error, this goes against the consumer rights and advertising policy, but to add that if I did not call to find out about my order no one from this company would've contacted me, what pathetic customer service. I have waited over 4days for my refund to be told today I must submit proof of account details, quick of this company to take payment but delaying tactics to refund! I want to be reimbursed for my time, effort, interest and also the cost to send proof of banking details! I will never purchase from this company again as they falsely advertise goods and then the customer suffers, in addition they have no customer service ethic and my client experience was the worst received from any store I have ever bought from...
