Pathetic delivery process and online system.

I should have followed the reviews of this company before purchasing, I’ve purchased online on the 26th November, i still await delivery, numerous calls and emails sent even got a follow up call from the manager of the branch in Fourways, Jaco, who confirmed delivery will take place Friday 8th December.. still waiting.. I have no courier information, no SMS from any courier with a tracking number, this company locks you in with great deals, once you add to cart and make payment, you left with the website unable to update your delivery address, when trying to view your order to track, it gives an error. Everything plays out to look like it’s an internal glitch but realistically they suck you in to pay.. once that happens you on your own fighting for what’s due to you. I’ll never ever purchase anything from this company again and I’ll make sure to always spread this pathetic service to all I know. In an economy where it’s a tough economical environment you would assume companies like this would go above and beyond to win over as much as they can.
