Pathetic!!!

I asked for corner strips for pvc ceilings and got sent images of of wall attachments that looms like flower pots. And was then told "your query has been resolved", and been ignored since, to spite several messages over email and WhatsApp. I can also only collect from a store 50+ kms away from me, but my order was placed at a branch just down the road from me. One of the items I ordered 1 off gave an error that I need to change the quantity, as it has a maximum ore quantity of one. ***?
