Pathetic and ****mers!

You deserve no star at all. I placed an order online on the 14th of November, you delivered some items but items from Boskburg branch are still not received to date. Then no one responds to emails, both contact and orders email. I called your customer care, Khensani said she escalated and she will call me same say, it's almost a week and nothing from Khensani or Leroy Merlin. No one answers the calls today. It seems they even blocked me on Instagram. You guys are ****mers! Stay away from Leroy Merlin everyone or you'll regret it.
