Pathetic After Sales Service !

Purchased a Jojo tank online and called the customer service line to urgently deliver the tank the next day or the following day due to water shortage and was advised that the delivery will done . I then called back to follow up and lo and behold nothing has been arranged even after all the calls and time wasting trying to get minimum customer after sales service from Leroy Merline Greenstone .
