Painful experiance with Leroy Merlin

I have never dealt with such incompetency, its been 3 month now that I have been waiting for stock on flooring that I bought from Leroy Merlin, Timothy keeps telling me that stock will arrive, and when I try to call him he cuts my calls, promises to call me back and never does, I wish I had never gone to this place to buy anything, it really is a painful experience not getting feedback and having to wait for stock, when you are trying to build your home, I will never again shop here ever, but now I am stuck as I have already used this flooring in parts of my home and I need to finish it up, I wish they could just give me priority, they don't even care that you complain on this platform,
