Paid for installation of awnings. Job undone. Refusing to refund or help.

I purchased retractable awnings from them and paid for the installation at the store. They then sent two men out to install it, they came with no equipment, they then complained that they could not do it because they did not have scaffolding. they left the job half done and haven't returned, I have been waiting since April 2021. I contacted the store to sort it out or get a refund. They refused to refund and said they will re-quote and include scaffolding. I have been waiting for this quote for 3 months. They are also making it difficult to get a hold of them as they do not seem to respond or answer calls. The service quality and attitude to customers is disgusting. Do not buy from Leroy Merlin unless you want to waste your money and time. It is not the bargain you think there are a lot of hidden costs and hassles.
