Packages don't get delivered

Leroy Merlin gives terrible service. I ordered from them on 18/12/2020 and has still not received my orders. I phone them a lot and if you are lucky enough that they even pick up the phone they just tell you that they would find out what the problem is and phone you back. They NEVER phone back! I also emailed them but got no response. I asked for a refund because I no longer want to do business with them but still haven't got anything back. They are basically *****ing my money!
