Overcharged - 3 different prices for 1 item ???
On Sunday the 7th of Feb, I purchased 5 light fittings from Leroy Merlin in Boksburg, once I had paid I looked at the slip. Instead of being charged R1193 I was charged R1467.45. One item ended up with 3 prices. (Have pictures to show the mess)I complained and after being ignored by manager Mariska as the department manager was on lunch I finally got a refund 25 minutes later. Not the service I’d expect. Why should I be inconvenienced for your errors and how can one item have three prices. Always enjoyed your store but this sort of service will force me to the yellow store down the road.
