Over promise and under deliver by Sebastian at Leroy Merlin

<div>I visited Leroy Merlin in Lettel Falls on the 8th August 2020 to buy a fencing which they didn't have but a young man by the name of Siyabonga Ngcobo who was so energetic and willing to help me advise me to pay for the 7 fences and he will place an order for me. Siyabonga told me the order is placed and it will arrive on the 26 August and kept on updating me from the 8th. Yesterday I received a call that my order has arrived and I can come collect, I drove to Leroy Merlin to collect but to my surprise i was kept waiting for over an hour while they are looking for my order which was sold earlier in the afternoon. I really hate this store and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything to this shop. They dont value anyone at all because the so called manager Sebastian promised me that he will sort my problem out and I will get my order tomorrow which is today. Guess what, I still dont have my order but a call for him saying I will get it tomorrow morning. Clearly Leroy Merlin Lettle Fall can only help with what they have on hand and they good in over promising and under deliver. A big store like this doesn't have a system that can manager customers orders? SO POOR IN THAT I CAN NOT BUY ANYTHING FRO. THIS PLACE AND IM WILL IN THI S TO COLLECT MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED IT, POOR.</div>
