Order online for pickup a very frustrating experience.

Avoid ordering for "pickup", they do not put you order together before you arrive. The last two pickup orders both took more than 20 minutes to arrive. The "manager" admitted that they will only on your arrival go and search for your items. I thought the idea was to pop in, pick up, save time.
