Order cancelled without notice

I have items purchased at Leroy Merlin Roodepoort. I called your call centre to arrange for delivery, and to my surprise my order was cancelled and apparently “refunded” into a voucher. I was not informed of the cancellation, nor did I receive the voucher . My request is for me to get all the orders I paid for . Please find all the references for the calls made and emails sent with no resolution.
