Order cancelled, no refund, no communication

If I could give less than one star, I would have. I ordered an inverter/charger on 17 March 2020 and was promised that it would be delivered by 26 March 2020. This never happened and nothing was communicated to me. This is now 14 May 2020, my order was cancelled by Leroy Merlin, but no refund. This is now 2 weeks of calls to them. Very friendly staff at their call center with promises of calling me back to sort out the problem. NOT ONCE !!. I would advise everybody that is even thinking of doing business with Leroy Merlin, to think twice. They just do not deliver on their promises.
