Online shopping - terrible delivery, quicker to shop online internationally

Terrible delivery time time and no transparency. They outsource all deliveries to Nucleus who use the cheapest courier. Leroy Merlin can’t tell you who the underlying courier company is and Nucleus are uncontactable. My delivery is out for delivery for over a week and Leroy Merlin (if you are lucky enough to her then to answer and email) are clueless who has my delivery and when they will deliver. Never again!
