Online Purchase from LEROY MERLIN

Bought 200 x Pots for Plants from LEROY MERLIN on 28 October. Paid for it. Then my troubles started!!! Lots of emails - with someone who cannot read, nor open attachments to my emails. Eventually got phoned late one afternoon to say I should come to collect. Could not go the next day, but went first thing the next morning, en route a Meeting, to collect. Spent almost an hour there after a "Manager" assigned the search for my Pots to a Sibongile. She came back and I said I had to leave! She said "5 minutes". That after they tried to tell me that it has been collected, when I actually from a previous visit knew they did not have that number in stock- which was what prompted me to try online..... It is now almost another 2 weeks later, and still no Pots, nor call from LEROY MERLIN.
