ONLINE ORDERS/RETURNS A TOTAL MESS

DO NOT PUCASE FROM LEROYS ONLINE! I ordered a product and when I wanted to return, they would not accept returns at the store. Needless to say it has been a struggle to return the items as "it is not us (Leroys) who supp**** you the product but another supplier". In the end Leroys are pointing at the "other supplier" to issue the return and refund, while the "other supplier" is pointing at Leroys!! It is such a waste of time and causes HUGE frustration to get this done. JUST DONT ORDER ONLINE EVER!
