Online order refund request

At this point I do not know what to do to get ny refund on a cancelled order. I call them and they always give me the same answer that they will escalate and follow up on why it is taking so long. The order was cancelled in June. It is July and torwards the end. I have had good relationship with thia store at Greenstone while building so this experience is really disappointing with the Little falls branch that fulfilled the online order.
