Online order not delivered

It's so unpleasant with service received at Leroy with an online order placed on the 14th of Nov and even today my order has not been delivered as courier company and the Leroy store are taking me back and forth and give empty promises even though I asked them to go and collect in store but still I've been told stories almost everyday.
