Online order Leroy Merlin Boksburg

After payment, ZERO communication. Email says "shipped, you will get tracking link". No tracking ever came. No call from dispatcher. No call from Boksburg store manager. Nothing.

3rd September: I am at work. My estate security at Kleber calls me - truck at gate demanding access. No prior arrangement, no 24hr notice, no time slot. I scramble to find someone to offload. They send a restricted 8 tonner Isuzu CN 12 RC GP - Spartan Truck Hire which is NOT allowed in Kleber Estate due to tonnage restrictions. This is basic - if you had called me like a normal company, I would have told you.

Driver leaves and says Leroy will arrange acceptable truck.

5th September: AGAIN. No call from Leroy. Again my security calls me - people at gate. I am at work.

NOW THE ******* PART: Your drivers DUMPED my ENTIRE order outside unattended in the COMMON PARKING area at 48 Boxer Street. I WAS NOT THERE. I WAS AT WORK. I DID NOT SIGN ANY POD. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. Who signed? Where is my proof of delivery? I don't even know if my full order is there.

The bricks are now sitting UNSHELTERED IN THE RAIN getting damaged. I cannot use them. My estate is now FINING ME because Leroy left building material in a common area without estate permission.

I have spent my own airtime calling your call centre and Boksburg store - NO AVAIL. To date, not a single call from a manager. Only random drivers calling me non-stop while I am at work.

This is not delivery. This is dumping. This is negligence. You took payment for delivery but failed to deliver professionally.
