Online Idiocy!!!

Most idiotic experience I have ever had online. I ordered online as all stock was confirmed. Then the idiocy starts!! Firstly the online system decides to split the order as one lot of my order would come from Hillfox, and the other from Greenstone. I get the Hillfox order, but then I start waiting for the Greenstone order....18 days later I get a message from Greenstone that they dont have stock can they refund....but I point out that there is still stock online...in fact Fourways has lots of stock.....No they must refund me. So then I have to wait for the refund (further 10 days), and then order again so that their system can now redirect me to Fourways that has stock....REALLY???? There are better places to order online from - Leroy Merlin wont see me again....Online or in a store!!
