Online Deliveries are Terrible - Service Sucks - No Delivery!

Whatever you do, do NOT order online with Leroy Merlin. I placed my order over a week ago. The delivery date was last Thursday 29 August... it came and went with no delivery, no phone call to reschedule just silence. I logged a call to enquire and they promised delivery on Friday 30 August... again they did not show without notification... then same thing on Saturday 31 August... still waiting. It has now spilled over into September...still waiting. Either go into a store, or use Chamberlains or Builders Warehouse. You cannot trust delivery dates or even have faith that your order will arrive from Leroy Merlin. They have zero respect for the planning and time of their customers.
