Once again they let me down

Another disappointment from Leroy Merlin. I sent an email a week ago and still haven't heard any news about what is next. On a windy night the umbrella came off and hit the table which broke. This item I only got in December and still under warranty. I sent proof of purchase and pictures but no one is helping me.

Last time I had to follow up on a delivery after paying and waiting for 3 weeks.
