Not impressed, expected to bring back goods from Durbs to JHB myself!

Hi My parents bought 2 lounge chairs for my 40th birthday at the end of September at the Strubensvalley branch, We live in Durban and got my present October, we drove to JHB to collect them and only opened them in when we were back in Durban, when I unwrapped all the wrapping from the chairs we noticed really bad damage to the 1 chair, when you lie on it the bottom bar is so badly bent it that the chair wobbles. I phoned Leroy Merlin and was dealing with Danielle Kruger who then later resolved my query by asking me seeing as it was an instore purchase to bring this chair in myself for an exchange, I live in Durban so Im expected to drive all the way back to JHB to exchange something that should be 100% in working order, my parents had no way in checking this as the chair arms and legs was wrapped with plastic that was not see through, I now have a birthday present I cant use and this store is refusing to help me get this replaced! I love Leroy Merlin and was really sad that there was no branch in Durban when we moved 4 months ago. This experience has really ruined my birthday and what I think of this store, Please can you send me a replacement chair
