Non working products

Ordered the 3 pack gutter lights for R364 through payfast only to find out that the batteries that come with it doesn't work and you can only use rechargeable batteries, now I have to drive around and find rechargeable batteries that work. Have to pay for something I cannot use untill I find batteries that they should have tested. First and last time I order from them

My reply to your ticket....I have now bought new batteries and it is still not working properly, it keeps going off after 5 minutes even after a full fay of charging. Come and fetch your ******* and refund my money back

I have now received a message from courier guy, that they will collect the lights. What about my refund of the first payment? And will the other payments on payshare be stopped???

Collection has been arranged - please keep in mind that the product must be in original packaging and fit for resale. In line with CPA, the unit will be inspected once it arrives on our end and if the above are not true, a Refund cannot be issued.

Resale???? Are you reselling dud products to your consumers???? Disgusting!!!! I have packed all the parts as it had arrived only, took out the batteries and set them separately. You will not charge me futher for a product that I do not have. i will also be contacting the ombudsman regarding this matter!
