Non-existing online store

No feedback on online orders, been holding 10min before someone pickup. Feels a bit like COJ. My order still shows has 'progressing' two days later when they claim only 2 hours to pickup after placement. Have been buying in store for a few months but wont use them anymore. Will tell others to avoid them them like the plague.
