Non-existant service - AVOID!

Bought a Black and Decker cordless vacuume cleaner which did not work out of the box.

3 calls, 4 emails, escalated multiple times and it took them three weeks just to collect the faulty cleaner and I'm still waiting to see how they will refund/replace but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just going to go back to Takealot where their returns are done the next day, no questions asked.
