Non delivery.

Placed an online order last week Tuesday. Two separate items ordered. Promised delivery by Friday 30 January 2026. One item was delivered. One not delivered. Thought ok, will be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday I queried non delivery only to be told how sorry they are and my goods will be delivered on Monday 2 February. Well you know what-your non delivery is costing me money because my builder is now sitting around doing nothing and I have to still pay him. Not impressed.
