No stock

I bought lots of stuff from Leroy Merlyn Boksburg and always got excellent service, till about 2 weeks ago, I am looking for a Dexter electric spray gun and for weeks they where out off stock till about a week ago I saw on their website that they had 20 in stock so at 7 o'clock I was there and asked for the item, the gentleman helping me checked on their system and confirmed that they had in stock so of he went to the stores to find out where it was just to come back and say there is no stoc****!, today again the Greenstone branch showed 10 in stock when I phoned I was told there is no stock.......really this is pathetic from such a big company claiming customer satisfaction, pathetic management!!!!
