No response to complaints!!!!!

Unanswered complaint of 2 weeks ago reading ..."Little falls. Trying to buy the brown leather stuffed long doorstops for wind. 2 weeks ago only black in stock and 1 (one) damaged brown one. Was told by lady manager/buyer I should come back in a week or so as stock was on its way. Went in especially today and found the shelf full with more black ones and only 1 (one) brown one which was the very same damaged one that was there. Do they not check when they order. I don't see any black doors around so not sure why all stock is that color. Surely the buyer should insist on the correct color. My number and name was taken by a lady working in the area with a promise someone would phone me. Still waiting for the call."
