NO RESPONSE & POOR SERVICE
So unhappy with poor service and lack of communication. Number listed for complaints does not exist. No response from anyone at Leroy Merlin. I want to know what is happening with product which was brought in for inspection???? on *** I wanted exchange !!! as product wat purchase 27/09/2022 and not performing as advertised. I have had no response from to date from Leroy Merlin. I want to know why I cannot change for a product that actually works. I don't want this to be returned to me and in 2 months only to have same issue. I WANT ANOTHER PRODUCT from different brand! Model LA 1200VA Serial *** Taken by Anthony from Boksburg Leroy Merlin branch who actually also needs to addressed regarding his attitude to clients
