No response from LEROY MERLIN on REFUND due

Hello Peter,

Please note trail of emails to Leroy Merlin Market Place on REFUND due. This company either does not understand customer service or just arrogant and ignore clients’ emails. My follow ups emails have not been responded to since last email received from Leroy on 19 March.

Email dated 5th April to the team manager Mpumelelo Ntuli whom I am still waiting to return my call.
