No response/ follow through

I enquired about some timber sizes and whether they stock it, receiving a generic response saying someone from that department will contact me. I waited 6 days without response and sent an email back asking for an update, to which I received the same generic response. A week later and still no response. Guess I'll contact Builders and see if they are willing to assist me.
