No Refund for undelivered items

I ordered goods (*** - 224423 dated 13/06/2022) from the Leroy Merlin online store for delivery. The bulk of the order was delivered 15/06/2022. One item (***6) Aluminium profile strips were not delivered. I informed Leroy Merlin (Brenton Visagie) and was told that they will refund me, but the e-mails are going back and forth, but still NO REFUND....
