No product - No refund (yet)

I purchased a sliding door online, and this order was cancelled in Dec due to the supplier being out of stock. I was not notified of the cancellation and saw that the order was cancelled when I followed up on a delivery date. I contacted them for a refund as the cancellation was done in early Dec2023, it is now 30Jan and no refund has been provided. In communication with them I continue to get updates that they are following up with the accounts department, however I have still not been refunded.

I have been more tolerant than usual on this issue due to some understandable delays with the holidays, however I do not think this level of service and waiting 6 weeks + for a refund is acceptable.
