No in store service

Today I went to the Boksburg brach. First time I have been to Leroy Merlin anywhere. I went to the building selection to buy IBR rooof sheeting and stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. I then went looking for someone but could find no one. I tried calling the branch but you only get options to press numbers for and no option to actually speak to a person. I went looking for a manager , and when I told him what happened he went with me to the floor and told me the procedure is that I need to drive my vehicle in where someone will load the items onto my vehicle for me, a lady will then scan the items on my vehicle and ring it up for me to pay. when I drove in there was no one to help me, i loaded the items myself and then i had to go looking for the cashier who was sitting in a room busy on her phone. That was the first and last time I will go to Leroy Merlin. Builders is just down the road. Mannys is not far away. And Chamberlains will be opening up around the corner very soon. I have many options to take my money elsewhere.
