No feedback on my order

I placed an order last week saturday and was told by Wednesday this week i would get a call to let me know if my order is ready for pickup, the gentlemen who did my order, gave me his wrong number, his name is Thomas, I called the call centre this morning early at 9 o clock, spoke to Monde who promised to call me in half an hours time to give me feedback, it is 11 o clock and I still have not gotten feedback, I emphasised to her that I have the installer booked for Saturday to install the flooring, and I need to know if they can fulfill my order, but I am not getting any feedback, first time that I am buying from Leroy Merlin, and it will be the last time if this is the service that they give, my order no is 233240- Marco Wakefield
