NO DELIVERY OF GOODS!!!!

I bought paint and brushes two weeks ago. The paint was delivered, no brushes were delivered! I've tried calling the number, but stays unavailable. I sent messages to ***, and ***. I communicated with Khethiwe Bila but the response is just its being investigated! The courier collected it but it was just never delivered to me! Please send the brushes, reply, SOMETHING! COMMUNICATE!
