No delivery no refund
Purchased their online platform on the 27 of Oct, they attempted to deliver broken mouldy tiles after several visits to their physical stores. Up until this date, I still do not have the tiles or my refund. I would not recommend making purchases via their online store(currently those tiles are still being advertised as part of their special but if you go to any of their stores they do not have stock and online nothing is delivered. Extremely poor service!
