No delivery as promised

I bought a geyser on the 11 November 2023 and requested a delivery and the guy who was helping mr said it will be delivered on Mondayas per my request. I phoned in on Monday around 15H10 and the lady at the call center promised to come back to me before the end of business day, still waiting. I sent an email on Tuesday and there was an automated response, no one bothered to respond,WHAT A SHAME....I phoned in on Wednesday and the guy at the call center said I will get my delivery on Thursday, probably next Thursday I don't know. I'm disappointed, to say I'm disappointed is probably too soft or even a lie, I'M DISGUSTED..........I want my money back
