No delivery and communication

I bought one item online/market place on Black Friday. This item was supposed to have been delivered on the 11th. I didn't receive it. I have left messages on the online portal, but no reply. And it doesn't help phoning because I've been told that it is an online sale and they can't assist. Wonder if someone will bother to get back to me now.
