No communication on my refund
I bought a controller for my xboxs and it does not want to connect to my xboxs only had it for 1 day and requested a refund because it doesn't connect and nobody has said anything at all nor any communication

09 Jun 2025, 12:43Now I got a message saying that the controller needs to be tested if it works which was not my issue about it working it doesn't connect to my xboxs s series and wouldn't benefit me getting it back I tested it in all ways to connect to my xboxs it works but doesn't work on my xbox so if they would like to exchange it for a controller that would work on my xbox s series I would definitely take that but I don't want a the same controller back if it won't connect to my xboxs
