Nice **** Leroy Merlin is running!

So let me tell you how this place run their ****. You add an item to basket. Mine was 2 x chairs for R3198 They make you spin for a "chance" you get R500 discount if you order over R4000. So I order two more items, get my R500 discount, paying for the order and Delivery. The two cheap orders get delivered, my actual chairs I wanted are rejected "due to no stock" and they within a few hours refund me money. Do not think they refunded me R3198 for the order they could not deliver, NO they deducted the R500 spin win. So now I am sitting with two items I never needed in the first place. Paid full price for both and delivery and no chairs. Answering your emails... never, what a joke of a place. Phoned them immediately when I got the out of stock email and said I will wait for stock, do not want a refund, they just ignored me and refunded the chairs minus R500! You call this whole thing "BAIT MARKETING" I will never order from this company again! I am taking this to the Consumer Commission. Just hate companies that **** people and then do not have the audacity to answer a phone or email again.
